The California Commission on POST is a state mandated agency tasked with developing training standards for California law enforcement. Through their contracted production company, digital Outpost, I had the privilege of directing and co-producing this PSA that tells the story of a victim of human trafficking, the toll it can take, and the upgraded penalties California can now apply.
